Arbitron changes structure, format of Radio Advisory Council

Arbitron has revamped its Radio Advisory Council to allow network radio, digital radio and public radio to each gain a seat; diary markets to have four new spots; and urban and Spanish-language radio to go from one seat each to two. The company also is changing its format to have separate sessions for PPM and diary marketers and to include regular joint meetings between the Radio and Advertiser/Agency councils.
