Chinese schools told to cut ties with Oxfam

Schools in China are being instructed to cut ties with an international relief agency, which the government believes has a political agenda that could lead to communist resistance. Oxfam has operated within China for 20 years to help impoverished citizens. Oxfam Hong Kong's China Unit Director Howard Liu denies the claims.
