$330,000 hamburger could taste awful, creator warns

Researchers plan to serve up the first hamburger made from lab-grown meat this year after a $330,000 project to develop new methods for growing muscle cells in vitro. The burger will be cooked by celebrity chef Heston Blumenthal, but scientists warn there's no guarantee that test-tube beef will actually taste good.
