N.H. expands wellness program for people with mental illness

New Hampshire will use a $10 million CMS grant to expand statewide a wellness program called In SHAPE that helps keep people with mental illnesses healthier. The Self Help Action Plan for Empowerment program uses health mentors to develop exercise, nutrition-counseling and smoking-cessation plans for participants.
