Darden cuts outlook for the year

A higher payroll tax and rising gas prices are further cutting into business at Darden Restaurants' Olive Garden, Red Lobster and LongHorn Steakhouse chains, the company said Friday. Revenue for the quarter that ended Sunday is expected to fall 4.5%, and Darden cut its outlook for the rest of the year.
