Chicago shows its love for Canadian poutine

Poutine, the Canadian dish consisting of french fries smothered in gravy and topped with fresh cheese curds, is becoming the next big comfort food trend in Chicago. Several restaurants offer their own versions including one topped with lobster meat, and a poutine-only eatery called the BadHappy Poutine Shop serves the dish with a variety of toppings such as foie gras and truffle mayo.
