Customizing IFE content for Middle East carriers "not easy"

OnBoard International, which has clients including Saudi Arabian Airlines and Kuwait Airways, promotes content on the airlines but says there are sensitivities in the market that it must recognize. "It's not easy to handle an airline like Saudi Arabian," said Eyas Ziadah, the company's managing director. "[T]he amount of editing, the amount of censorship, the amount of knowing the sensitivities. It’s not like any other airline."
