A San Diego restaurant's emphasis on delivering exactly what the customer wants is a strategy worth emulating, writes blogger Ryan Estis. The restaurant, called C Level, has built its service ethos on the mantra "absolutely." In cases where the restaurant is unable to respond to a customer request by saying, "absolutely," it takes the opportunity to re-evaluate customer expectations and try to align service accordingly.
