McIlhenny CEO dies at 68

Paul McIlhenny, chairman and CEO of the 145-year-old McIlhenny Co., maker of Tabasco, has died at age 68. "We will clearly miss Paul’s devoted leadership but will more sorely feel the loss of his acumen, his charm and his irrepressible sense of humor," said Tony Simmons, company president and a member of the McIlhenny family, in a statement noting the company's growth under McIlhenny's leadership.
