When job seekers are not hired, it could be for a number of reasons, including that someone was more qualified, or that the interview did not go well, blogger Alison Green writes in this post. Perhaps, during the interview, you didn't clearly explain why you'd excel at the job, or perhaps the interviewer felt you weren't enthusiastic enough. "No one wants to hire someone who doesn't seem especially interested in the opportunity," Green writes.
