Airports aim to create "terminal bliss"

Airports are developing into places where people can enjoy spending their time, and operators are putting money into amenities. Airports offer perks such as food delivery, mobile-based services, spas and other concierge-type services available to all travelers. In 2010, Europe had the highest sales from airport concessions, raking in about $7 billion, while hubs in North America took in $1.7 billion.
