You need to re-evaluate your strategy if your schedule is overbooked or you have made more commitments than you can possibly handle, he writes. It won't be easy, but you can fix the problem by "invest[ing] the time needed to install systems and processes that will give you mastery over your calendar, commitments and communications," he advises.
