How to solve condo noise problems

Condo residents can be more likely to experience noise issues from neighbors, but there are ways to respond, real estate expert Ilyce Glink writes. If the noise is reasonable but just a matter of thin walls, consider installing sound insulation, Glink writes, but if the noise could be considered disturbing, talk to your neighbors or push the association to enforce noise statutes.
