Other e-tailers are catching up to Amazon in customer satisfaction

Amazon registered a leading score of 85 in the American Customer Satisfaction Index's annual E-Commerce Report, down a point from last year and just barely ahead of Newegg and eBay. Other e-tailers achieved a cumulative score of 82, up 3%, according to the rankings. Overall satisfaction with e-tailers came in at 81.1, a 1.2% gain from the previous year, ACSI reported.
