Performance and the pebble in the shoe

In a recent post, ASCD EDge community member Adrian Bertolini describes his experience coaching two schools as they work to implement frameworks that support educators' transition to a developmental and performance mindset. He shares a few of their challenges, or pebbles, and explains how and why the schools are working to remove them.
