Realtors group cites fewer people buying their first home

First-time buyers are harder to find despite a recovering housing market, meaning people in starter homes looking to move up may have a hard time selling, the National Association of Realtors says. First-time buyers normally account for 40% of home sales, but that number has dropped to as low as 30% in recent years.
