Report: Consumers find less to like at online travel companies

Consumer satisfaction with online retailers is on the rise, with the exception of online travel companies, according to the annual American Customer Satisfaction Index e-Commerce report card. "From the average consumer's point of view, there's very little differentiation between online travel companies," report author and ForeSee CEO Larry Freed said.
