Vt. board rejects testimony about marine-life effects

The Vermont Public Service Board has rejected the scope of testimony by Raymond Shadis, a nuclear critic, about alleged effects on nearby marine life from Entergy's Vermont Yankee nuclear plant. The board, which is considering the plant's relicensing application, agreed to include Shadis' testimony on mist from cooling towers.
