Canada's retailers see tough road ahead

Competition from international retailers and slower consumer spending will make it tougher for Canada's retailers to increase sales in the coming years, the Retail Council of Canada told its members in a recent report. The report cited popular U.S. chain Target's plans to open its first stores in the country.
