Hiring managers with struggling teams shouldn't pin their hopes for turning things around on a "superhero" recruit, Stephanie Klein writes. Instead, they should aim to recruit workers who will fit in with the company's culture and management structure. "Hiring an A player without the team, infrastructure and plan to help that employee engage and grow is akin to throwing money out the window," Klein writes.
