Ad tools offer ways to monetize video content

Publishers looking for ways to generate revenues from video are finding a number of ad tools that are designed to engage viewers. The Interactive Advertising Bureau has highlighted five applications it deems "Rising Stars," including TimeSync, which coordinates advertising with specific video content, and an Ad Control Bar that lets users launch additional interactive features.
