Billionaire Dennis Tito wants to send two civilians to to Mars in January 2018. The financier, who went on his own space trip in 2001, expects the 500-day "fly-by" of the red planet to cost up to $2 billion. He is seeking a middle-aged couple willing to make the long trip and risk the fertility risk from radiation.
