Electronic Arts' Chillingo division is collaborating with Samsung on a "100% Indie" program that returns all mobile application revenue to developers submitting to the Samsung Apps store for the first six months. The revenue return decreases to 70% after two years. "I see no mention of exclusivity in the program, but even if it is required, it may not give developers a reason to shy away. Samsung devices account for the largest share of all Android phones sold," writes Kevin C. Tofel.
