Gupta must pay Goldman Sachs for legal fees, judge says

A judge has determined that Rajat Gupta, a former Goldman Sachs Group director, should pay the bank millions to cover the legal fees it incurred as a result of Gupta's insider-trading case. The bank showed that the majority of its "tendered expenses were both necessary and incurred during its participation in the investigation and prosecution of the offense of conviction," according to the judge.
