Joint Chiefs of Staff again push Congress to avoid cuts

Leaders of military branches appeared Tuesday before a congressional panel for the fourth time in the past three weeks to warn Congress of the harmful effects of sequestration. "If we do not have the resources to train and equip the force, our young men and women will pay the price, potentially with their lives," said Gen. Ray Odierno, the Army chief of staff.
