Lawmaker calls for help in push for device tax repeal

Rep. Erik Paulsen, R-Minn., is seeking grass-roots support for his bill aimed at rolling back the 2.3% medical device tax. "We have the support in the House, but in order to see this bill put into law, the Senate must also act. We need your help in making this legislation a reality," Paulsen wrote in a letter to the LinkedIn Medical Devices Group.
