Report: ACA's cost-cutting measures vital to deficit

A report by the Government Accountability Office revealed that the Affordable Care Act's effect on the deficit depends on whether key cost-cutting provisions survive over the next 75 years. If cost-cutting measures that are currently part of the legislation survive, the deficit will fall, but if they are removed from the law, the deficit will rise, the report says.
