Report: Tourists still spend at UK shops

Some 18 million foreign tourists spent £4.5 billion in 2011 on shopping at Britain's high streets, department stores and malls, according to VisitBritain. Tourists from the Gulf States spend the most per person, followed by visitors from Nigeria and China, the report says.
