Study links obesity to risk of CTNNB1-negative CRC

Being obese raises a person's risk of developing CTNNB1-negative colorectal cancer, but having an active lifestyle reduces this risk, according to an analysis of data from the U.S. Nurses' Health Study and the Health Professionals Study. The study failed to find a similar link in CTNNB1-positive colorectal cancer.
