Personal trainer offers tips on burning calories at home

Walking up and down stairs for 10 minutes can burn almost 100 calories, and adding weights will help burn even more, says personal trainer Donna Wilczek. She says finding ways to do exercise around the house -- including leg lifts and squats, as well as putting away groceries -- can shed 700 calories per day, which could help a person lose 1 pound per week.
