Tenn. to merge districts with varied school-meal needs

Plans to merge two school districts in Tennessee has some school nutrition professionals concerned that meals for children could be cut and their jobs could be lost. Because the districts have different rates of poverty, more schools in Memphis serve breakfast and an after-school dinner than in nearby Shelby, where fewer students are in need.
