Vistakon keeps employees moving throughout the day

Employees at Vistakon in Jacksonville, Fla., break a sweat first thing in the morning doing a quick five-minute workout in front of their cubicles. The company, which uses parent company Johnson & Johnson's "Live for Life" program originally created in 1979, also encourages staff to take breaks for walks or to work out in its exercise room and soon will be installing treadmill desks.
