Boeing reportedly will trim Dreamliner workforce

Boeing plans to trim the Dreamliner workforce at its South Carolina factory by as much as 20%, a source has told The Wall Street Journal. The company established the plan as a cost-cutting move before the problems with the batteries grounded the jetliner. It is unclear how the cuts will affect Boeing's push to double its monthly output of the 787.
