Employers continue coverage, but with new level of engagement

A recent Aon Hewitt survey shows the vast majority of large and midsize employers plan to continue offering health benefits for their employees, but 37% of employers plan to change their approach. The new emphasis is on engaging beneficiaries in reducing their own health risks, offering incentives for certain risk assessments and better coverage for those who are more adherent to doctors' orders.
