NFIP is slow in paying Sandy claims, N.J. governor says

The National Flood Insurance Program is moving too slowly in settling claims by victims of Hurricane Sandy, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie says. Christie says he told President Barack Obama that "the performance of the national flood insurance program is unacceptable." Private property/casualty insurers, however, have tackled more than 90% of their claims, Christie said.
