UN: Syrian refugees to top 1 million in next month

Syrian refugees are leaving the war-torn country at a faster rate than expected by the United Nations. The UN says the number of refugees will reach 1 million in the next month. Separately, the UN is asking Lebanon to keep its neutral stance regarding Syria, and the U.S. is pledging $60 million in "nonlethal aid" to the Syrian rebels.
