Calculating your "confidence factor" could be the first step to finding your dream job, blogger Brett Nelson writes in this post. The formula he offers takes into account such variables as compensation, satisfaction, location, culture and the number of hats you may wear in a new job. A CF below 60% means rethinking the position, while a CF above 75% means the job may be right. "Finding the right fit will give you the best chance to thrive in an increasingly competitive economy," Nelson writes.
