What will merger mean for planned US Airways upgrades?

It is unclear with the merger with American Airlines how US Airways management will act on upgrades including Gogo Wi-Fi on all US Airways domestic jets, which will be installed by this summer. Derek Kerr, US Airways executive vice president and chief financial officer, says officials have not analyzed which upgrades will be enacted after the merger with American Airlines, which is expected to occur in the third quarter.
