Study: 38% will intend to buy car CE product in 2008

With Americans spending almost 17 hours a week in their cars, it's not surprising that sales of in-vehicle consumer-electronics products will grow 13% over the next year, according to a Consumer Electronics Association study. CEA predicts that in 2008, 38% of drivers will intend to buy and install a CE device for their cars, with the most popular listed as remote vehicle starters, in-dash navigation systems and car alarms.
