Study: SMBs to spend 26% of ad budget on digital

Small businesses will dedicate more than a quarter of their total marketing budgets to digital outreach in 2012, according to a BIA/Kelsey study. SMBs are particularly interested in using self-serve ad platforms, the study found, with half of the businesses surveyed buying ads directly from website operators.
