Student with Down syndrome gains self-esteem through JROTC

Jordan Testi, a 19-year-old high-school senior with Down syndrome, is a member of his school's JROTC. Testi is just the second student in special education in the past six years to enroll in the school's program, said special-education teacher Greg Anderson. "This is all he talks about," Anderson said. "It's been good for his self-esteem."
