Consumers can vent to the CFPB about bank accounts

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is accepting consumer complaints about checking and savings accounts. The CFPB says it expects most consumer gripes to be about managing, opening or closing a bank account; withdrawals and deposits; using an ATM or debit card; making or receiving payments; transferring money to others; and issues over low funds.
