S.C. county councilor: Cutting paid holidays would save money

Anderson County, S.C., Councilwoman Cindy Wilson proposes eliminating three of county employees' 13 paid holidays to save money and improve services. Wilson says the move could save more than $1.25 million annually, valuing each holiday at $459,000. However, Finance Manager Rita Davis says each holiday costs $150,400.
