Exec is hopeful EU's ethanol tariff will be repealed

The EU's five-year, anti-dumping tariff of $83.03 per metric ton on U.S. ethanol is now in effect. The EU's decision is disappointing, but there is still a good chance the U.S. ethanol industry will get it repealed, said Walt Wendland, president and CEO of Golden Grain Energy and Homeland Energy Solutions. The Renewable Fuels Association and Growth Energy have pledged to fight the decision.
