Words that should be banned from the C-suite

There are phrases and words you never say in the C-suite, writes Larry Bonfante, chief information officer of the U.S. Tennis Association. These include "cost" -- say "investment" instead -- "I think" and "We can't." "Language is a very powerful thing," Bonfante writes. "Words convey not only meaning, but emotions as well."
