Tokyo restaurant defies tradition, hires women

Tokyo's Nadeshico Sushi has broken the gender barrier by employing only women behind the sushi counter, attracting a clientele that is 90% male. "I imagine what they're doing isn't proper sushi-making," said one traditionalist, Masanori Nakamura of the Michelin-starred Sushi Nakamura.
