Best Buy ends flex system for HQ staffers

Best Buy has ended a program for corporate employees that allowed them to work where and when they wanted as long as the required work was done. Now, most employees at the chain's headquarters will work a traditional 40-hour week. "Bottom line, it's 'all hands on deck' at Best Buy and that means having employees in the office as much as possible to collaborate and connect on ways to improve our business," Best Buy spokesman Matt Furman said.
