History's "The Bible" draws best cable audience this year

History's "The Bible" miniseries on Sunday night debuted before an audience of 13.1 million, the most viewers for any entertainment cable show in 2013. The episode also defied expectations that it wouldn't resonate with younger audiences, garnering 5.6 million viewers in the 18-to-49 demographic.
