Mobile store locators find favor with RadioShack, Adidas

Store locators for mobile devices produced measurable results for RadioShack and Adidas. RadioShack found that as much as 60% of clicks on its store locator led to store visits, with 85% of those customers making a purchase. An Adidas analysis found that about 1 in 5 people visiting the brand's store locator page eventually paid a visit, with 13% making a purchase.
