N.J. enacts mediation process for Sandy claims

A mediation process has been put in place in New Jersey to help homeowners affected by Hurricane Sandy settle disputed insurance claims without going to court. "New Jersey's program will help rapidly and amicably resolve claims to help residents recover from Sandy," says Ken Kobylowski, commissioner of the state's Department of Banking and Insurance.
